mycar Tyre & Auto - The Grove Arvostelua 

I am a regular, long time customer of my local MyCar outlets. I've literally spent $'000's there. I took my Son's tyre in as it was not holding air and it resulted in a simple plug-and-patch fix to the centre of the tyre. Done in minimal time and very good service offered.
The shock was being charged $49 for that. I've had my tyres done at the same outlet for $20. Admittedly it wasn't a tyre I had purchased from them as it was a new car to me so didn't need new tyres yet, but I felt the price was a bit steep for 15 min work.
I feel disappointed that customer loyalty is no longer acknowledged and rewarded.

mycar Golden Grove has been great. We have 2 cars that get serviced every 6 months and we are very happy. The Manager is always happy to talk about what needs to be done and they are reasonably priced.

Great staff and a great price. The staff were friendly and accomodating. I received a full set of tyres with balance and alignment in about 90 minutes.

Easy booking process, clear communication on what needed doing for my service and the cost. Prompt phone call during the service to discuss any extra issues that needed fixing. Polite and friendly customer service. Excellent pricing. Very convenient place to drop car off. All in all, excellent service and what’s more important, my car is running perfectly.

The team at MyCar Golden Grove are so helpful and great at explaining what is being done during the service and why.

The attendant at the front desk was quite friendly. Dropped my car off at 8:00 am and they noted that my car would be ready at 11:00 am for collection. I did not receive a call to say that the car was finished or that any additional work was needed. I get a text and go down there and the guy hands over a long list of things that need "fixing".
What is the point of taking the day off work to go if they are not going to call to ask if I want small things (ie, a globe change, wheel alignment) fixed on the day. Will have to take more time off work, since they don't give you a heads up there.
Additionally, my tyres had 29.5psi in them, and they told me that my tyres were wearing down faster than they should because of the low air pressure. The recommended psi on my door says that they should be at 32 psi, which is what I usually have it at. They said they filled it up to 36 psi, over the recommended. I found this ridiculous, I put air in my tyres monthly, and did not see a reason to do it the day prior, since I knew I would be getting my car serviced the following day.
Very disappointed, will be going to another franchise in future. Shame too, since they are so close.
