mycar Tyre & Auto - Stafford Arvostelua 

I booked and paid for a Log book service and wiper replacement for my byd dolphin on line. When I dropped the car off they didn't know anything about the wiper replacement and kept referring to extras which I thought was the 12 month roadside assistance included when I booked. When I picked the car up the wipers had not been changed and I was charged an extra $36 to get them changed. I also didn't receive anything for the 12 month roadside assistance.

Always wonderful service from Trevor and his team, very helpful with all aspects of servicing.

On the day I was there all the computer systems were down nation wide. Steve and Michael handled all the enquiries professionally and politely whilst obviously under considerable pressure.
My tyres and wheel alignment was completed in the usual professional manner.

We found Mycar Stafford to be very courteous and full of knowledge with my BYD ATTO3 40,000klm service and fitment of new tyres. Pricing was reasonable and turn around time excellent..

Whenever I call with the need of a service or there is an issue with my aging car the mycar Stafford are always helpful and as accommodating as they can be pending availability. Always honest and never condisending as some mechanics can be to those of us not fully engine savvy. Definately reasonably priced. I would highly recommend the team at Stafford.

They guys were very accommodating, an error was made (on my behalf) when ordering the tyres - the team, at MyCar, called to advise me of the situation and were able to order in the correct sized tyre and have it fitted the same day……very professional!!

I phoned for a quote for 2 parts & spoke to a very helpful & knowledgeable man, who emailed the quote to me. As he had explained fully the parts & labour to me, plus quote was better than I previously received, I booked it on. The service desk was polite & nice too
