Cutting corners and taking customer for Grantedn

I asked a couple of questions around what was done on the car and the responses were not very reassuring.
(1) Asked if the battery was checked and what was the voltage : Response was its OK. You can change battery next time or when starting becomes a problem!!
(2) Asked if the wheel rotation was done : Response was its not always required to be done. Log book clearly says it was to be done.
They stamped the log book .
Not sure what else has NOT been done.
Bad customer experience when you can clearly decipher someone has taken you for a ride.
Happy to be contacted if required.

Exceptional service

The boys did an excellent job. Service was impressive and they went above and beyond. My experience with customer care was exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service centre particularly Rob and Darryl.

Great team and trustworthy

Took my Mazda in for an engine light and the team were great at investigating and explaining the cost for the initial review and any additional work. I feel I can trust them to do right by me.
