mycar Tyre & Auto - South Perth Arvostelua 

I was a KMART/MyCar South Perth customer for almost 10 years, but my last two experiences completely destroyed my confidence in them.

First, I had my front brake discs and pads replaced. They couldn’t reset the brake warning light, told me it would probably clear itself after driving, and after two failed attempts I had to take my Mercedes to Mercedes-Benz to fix it properly. I also had to return because the new brakes were squealing badly.

Then, after a routine service, my car suddenly died over Christmas and had to be towed to Mercedes-Benz. Their diagnosis was that the wiring to the main control module had been twisted during the previous service. Over time the wiring tightened until it eventually broke, leaving the car completely immobilised. No one else had worked on the vehicle since the MyCar service.

I raised this with MyCar expecting them to investigate. Instead, I was repeatedly told, “We’ll get back to you.” They never did.

After a decade as a customer, the workmanship is one thing, but the lack of accountability is what lost me for good. I can’t recommend them, especially for European vehicles.

Great customer service treatment, fully informed and price competitive. All round excellent experience. Can highly recommend MyCar & Auto South Perth.

Had a flat tire which needed replacing, mid morning on a Saturday, they went out of their way to go and get the correct tire from another branch and replaced it within a couple of hours ! Amazing service

They were honest about the problems with my vehicle. They correctly identified and diagnosed, whereas my Holden dealer avoided.I used to go to Gardners Holden- no more. MyCar runs rings around the competition.
