Single tyre change was booked in

Single tyre change was booked in. Told it would take an hour which is reasonable.

Came back 2 hours later and it wasn’t finished.

Guy behind the counter was rude to another customer and didn’t seem like he wanted to be there.

I had a bad experience last time I was here and thought it would be a once off. It’s a shame to see that it’s not

On time, did the job, friendly folks at reception. Only thing that would increase the rating would be a car wash (Like the 'good ol' days')
