Gordon & his team at MyCar Shepparton are certainly the place to go for all your car services, minor or major repairs. The online booking system is smooth to navigate & when I broke down the MyCar roadside assistance team flew into action with a tow truck in under 60 minutes & had my car to the nearest MyCar centre. Quality & honesty
Staff are always professional, friendly, courteous, and most importantly, honest. They're there first & foremost, to repair/service your car, not to rip you off.

Not effective as I thought
Not effective as I thought. The problems I had listed still exists. And the car was not serviced properly. Very bad experience.

I always find staff very friendly and only too happy to help. They are efficient with dealing with any issues we might have. They are thorough advising me regarding for e.g. new tyres.
