I only had a minor issue. They were extremely accommodating and they took care of my car whilst I went for a quick shop. Very pleased indeed.

Not a charity.
While I understand this business is expected to make a profit, I was wondering if their prices are somewhat unreasonable.
After getting an inspection for a RWC I was shocked to receive a quote for nearly $2400 to make fairly minor repairs to my vehicle (2007 Toyota Corolla) there was even an attempt to sell me a globe when it was not required! I effectively made all repairs and even replaced my windshield for less than half the price quoted.
I will NOT be a returning customer.

It was very convenient and efficient
It was very convenient and efficient. Once the job is done, they inform us which makes life easier. The location makes additional benefit as we can go shopping while dropping the vehicle.

Second time I've had my car fixed at my…
Second time I've had my car fixed at my car Northland and they are amazing,prices are definitely cheaper then other mechanics I looked into and they did great work on my car...will definitely be going back for future car needs

They were very quick, it was Xmas Eve.
They were very quick and they were so busy and it was Christmas Eve. They would have got 5 stars except for the fact that they over inflated the tyre to 40psi putting it out of balance to the others. Otherwise very happy

Broke my light while servicing, haven't called back
Booked my car in for a service and they broke my light replacing a blown bulb. They claim it wasn't them but it definitely wasn't broken when I dropped it off. They said they'd call me back but I haven't heard anything from them. Now I have to replace it myself. Very dissapointed
