I only had a minor issue. They were extremely accommodating and they took care of my car whilst I went for a quick shop. Very pleased indeed.

Excellent service.
From the contact centre to the guys working at Northland MyCar, they really went above and beyond to source the tyres for my car. They organised a taxi to collect the tyres from another branch just so I wouldn't have to wait days for a shipment. Competitive prices and great customer service.

my car is honest
I went to mycar Tyre & Auto Northland workshop to replace a globe which I thought was not working. The workshop manager told me it would cost about $18 and asked me to stay until they checked all the globes on my BMW.
After checking all my globes, they found that all globes were working and there's no need for a replacement, reflecting their knowledge and skills.
They told me the reason behind and cleared my thoughts, demonstrating honesty and integrity.
I would not hesitate to recommend this workshop to my relatives and friends.

Great, timely service
Good service at drop off point. Able to discuss the issue and concerns effectively. Promptly got the tyres replaced and alignment done. The initial booking was for the other nearby outlet which didn’t help.

It’s long time to finish the job…
It’s long time to finish the job instead of two hours it tool 7 hours. One of staff who sitting in the reception was very rude.
It’s very bad service at all.
