Genuinely interested in the customer
They are approachable, and genuinely interested in helping the customer. I have 2 cars and have them both serviced at the Ryde centre. They are always helpful. The work is done on time, they are fair in the pricing and transparent. I would highly recommend this team.

Prompt and professional service
I unexpectedly arrived at the site with a leaking tyre valve stem. Even though it was very minor, I was greeted by Marcus. He promptly and very courteously removed and renewed the valve stem. He then re-fitted the tyre to the car (a 1980 Corolla). He would not accept payment, he said for such a quick repair. This demonstrated the professionalism and customer focus that many businesses miss these days. Thank you Marcus.
