Service was completed on Monday 14th April & receptionist advised i had my tyre pressure too low & to have it at 40psi?! It states on my car door to have it at 35psi.
Still no invoice or receipt received for service completed.

Booked over the phone and was told alignment was included to only be told instore it isn't. New tyres on and seem fine but all my wheels have grease marks and covered in mess. Not ever I have I had my wheels returned in this condition anywhere else. Needed new tyres urgently, they helped but won't be going back.

Thank you for looking after my wheels and fixing up my flat. It's always a smooth experience.

My audio, Sat nav, reversing camera and phone system was working fine when I took my car in for a service. Now none of these work. I returned but My Car was unable to diagnose anything wrong and told me to take it to Toyota. I’ve now been told a new replacement system is required…at a cost of $10,000! I bet My Car won’t be forking out that kind of $$ to get it working like it was when I left my car in their care.

This is an exceptional operation managed by an exceptional Store Manager in Aaron Gardiner. The service is always timely and quotes are given in advance for work to be performed. The standard of work is of the highest quality and Aaron is always courteous, obliging and knowledgeable.

Young Braedon took good care of my car i have had it logbook serviced there since new -he advised me on an issue with the wheel alignment and showed me what was happening with the tread wear on the front tires -so had a rotation and a wheel align done with my service -drives like new again

Asked for wheel alignment and they weren’t able to because “apparently” it didn’t fit in hoist. Only had a balance due to shaking. Didn’t fix issue had to go to another mechanic who diagnosed the problem within 5mins.

Emily and her team were amazing, fast and efficient! I was out of town, had a flat tyre and needed to be somewhere important that afternoon. They were booked up and flat out but Emily made it happen! I was back on the road in 45 minutes. Bless her, I'm so thankful.

Scratched all 4 rims when putting the new tyres on, brand new car and rims, not happy.
