mycar Tyre & Auto - Manuka Arvostelua 

One of my tyres had a slow leak. However, although we are regular customers, Mycar was too busy to deal with this minor issue for a week. So a week later I took the car in first thing in the morning, I rang at about 4.30 to see if it was ready. It hadn’t been looked at at that stage. I subsequently received a message advising that it was ready. However, by the time I got there the Mycar premises had been locked up, my car had been left in the open and its key had not been left with the adjacent Reddy service station. I had to return home to try and find another key to get my car home.

I took my car in because there was an error in my dashboard.
When I collected the car, the error was still there!
Also I was told I needed a new battery, but they only had ‘expensive’ MyCar brand batteries, which was honestly quite expensive compared to other brands, so not really offering any options for customers and really gad no choice but to purchase theirs.

Services were completed as per the quote, and on time

The guys really looked after me with the clutch replacement. Quoted the price upfront and stuck to it. They kept me updated on the progress of this big job and it drives great now. Great service.

Store Manager Lachlan is nice and professional. He did a quick fix for me by swapping my spare tire immediately, and had a check of my broken tire. He gave me professional advice and options on tyre replacement. Excellent serice! Highly recommended this branch!
