From a tow by Roadside Assistance in morning @ 10.30 to MyCar, the car was repaired (alternator replaced) by @3.00pm on the same day!

I returned after a year for service and rego renewal. There was no acknowledgment of my being an existing customer. I had a call to say that my battery is at 40% and may need replacement and I had to point out that battery was changed only about a month ago,

I have met the mechanics in previous years as they served me at the counter, they communicated well and were helpful with information about my car. I feel my car is in good hands serviced by them.

This time I was met by counter clerks you were not as helpful, but I could see the familiar faces in the workshop working on cars.

overall it's excellent, friendly staff, good environment, east access. However!! my car got scratches everytime I serviced my car, it's tiny but obvious. So if people do mind, pls take photos of your car before servicing.

There was a slight miscommunication for time required for tire changes, I booked in for 2 hours and wasn’t told otherwise until I visited in person it ballooned to 4 hours due to extremely busy day at workshop. I was less than pleased with the lady at the counter but I could later empathize with the situation and most importantly the manager handled the situation professionally and showed a lot of understanding and respect and integrity. Long as the manager remains in charge I would be a long term customer.
