Everytime i get something done at mycar i’m told different stories of what needs to be done to it. 2 months ago accessory belt is fraying, now drive belt needs replacing and maybe pulleys . I starting to wonder are they constantly just trying yo drum up more business . I’m done going there now.

I was charged for a service that was delivered poorly and incorrectly, issues were wrongly identified, areas of further work were identified but this was also incorrect

I Called up about needing my valve cover gasket replaced, they got me in the next day first thing.
I arrived and before my taxi had even arrived to collect me they had already got into my car and started work.
They quoted me a very decent price and that price did not change upon collecting.
Not only that, I asked them to keep the bad part so I could see what was wrong with it and they did.
Over all I would say I had a very lovely experience and definitely will be back in the future if need be.
Only thing I could suggest is that they might need a bigger waiting area or a bit of space under cover for customers to wait to get in if it’s raining ( as it was when I went ).
But on that note they had even let my little sister take up the only waiting seat in the reception so she could wait for me to arrive to collect our car. ( as she had walked there after work )

Had a small repair replacement of an indicator Globe Kelly fixed it straight away very helpful

I only had a couple of days before I had to drive to Queensland and I asked mycar to do a service. They were able to book me in within two days which I thought was fantastic. I have had a leaking/warn out sump plug and needed to replace the sump pan this was identified by the mechanic. It just so happened I had the sump pan in the back seat and they were able to change it over straight away. The manager was very accommodating and helpful.

Horrible service, horrible mechanics, horrible communication
Got told my transmission was gone but it was only a spark plug problem
Cracked my new rocker they just replaced as they screwed it to tight

Advised on drop off that car was slow and difficult to start, no communication throughout day then on pick up I was told it could be starter motor or could be spark plugs but they didn’t bother to check the spark plugs which I’m now having to take somewhere else to get replaced.
