The store shut early and locked my car…
The store shut early and locked my car away. They kept my house keys and car keys. Luckily another store (Waratah) came and unlocked this for me - but I couldn't believe Kotara would close their shop without informing me. They left me stranded with no communication that they would be closing early. Terrible service! Would not go here again.

The bloke who helped me out (had a killer mullet) looked after me properly. good service with no beating around the bush, even organised to get one of the four tyres from another store with no dramas. Will be returning.

The staff member I dealt with was friendly and efficient. I liked the fact he reminded me my car was due for a service (I had lost track of this) and printed information with pricing and what would be covered with the service.

The team were great, and got me in quickly. Service was done within 2.5 hours, whereas a dealership takes a whole day.

Have had bad experiences in the past…
Have had bad experiences in the past with mechanics , started using Kotara my car the last few times I've needed something done and have had nothing but an easy time. Scott is friendly and easy to deal with.
