MY son did it for me so I can only comment on his say so. from my experience, nobody is ever totally perfect so that's why you have 4 stars He did say the lady behind the counter was very polite and helpful.

Everything i go to do a car service, they always do a great job and tell me before they do anything what prble the car has.
They always know what to do. Also friendly staff. I just feel comfortable taking my car there!

Tyre replaced free under warranty.
My daughter is a fairly new learner driver and recently misjudged a turn, clipping the curb and popping the tyre. I was glad no greater damage occurred and no one was hurt but even more thrilled when I contacted MyCar at Knox and found out that it was covered under their 12 month hazard warranty. I was able to book an inspection the same day, with a replacement tyre on my car at no cost within 24 hours. An amazing experience.

Good service
Good service. Had a flat tyre, they couldn't repair so they replaced the tyre free of charge because it was within 12 months of me buying new tyres. Were also able to do the work on the day when they didn't think they'd be able to.
