On line booking a pain but actual service good…
Whilst the on line booking was a bit of a pain apparently my vehicle was not recognised by their system even though they have serviced it 3 times. Had to call and do it manually, which makes getting the $150 discount for booking on line a pain to get. The actual service and staff was very good so no complaints. Fix your on line booking system MyCar

Awesome team in Harrisdale WA
The team in Harrisdale WA are awesome. 5 stars are not enough. They have looked after my car pretty well. Oscar did not hesitate to have a look on my car again eventhough he had informed me that it is ready for pick up when I forgot to mention an issue with my car. Empecabble customer service.

Quick turnaround from dropping car off…
Quick turnaround from dropping car off to receiving call it was ready was great. The north of $550 for a service on car that's only 8-9 months old perplexed me somewhat. Maybe I'm out of touch.

Front wheel balancing
They didn't balance one of my front tyres.
And the other front tyre was off by 85g
They also used the wrong weights on the outside of the rim. They used stick on instead of knick on weights
I do have a picture of the tyre that wasn't balance. But no where to add in here

Spare Tyre Not Secured
3 stars this time — after the tyre replacement, the spare tyre was just left loosely in the boot instead of being placed back into its compartment.

Friendly, patient and competent staff
Friendly and patient staff who know what they are doing. Had some questions about the wheel rotation and balancing, and they were very happy to explain what they did and why.

Skilled and kept me informed the status
The team called me upfront and explained the issues with my car and provided the pros and cons of different situations. I was informed well. The team had good knowledge on the work they are doing and i always had a great experience every time.

Extremely Disappointed
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Workmanship and Unprofessional Service
I requested a small repair to the front bumper and was assured it would be fixed. After multiple reminders, I went to collect my car only to find the issue was not addressed. When I questioned this, the staff member I had spoken to earlier claimed it was not part of the scope—despite confirming it initially.
This is unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability. Based on this experience, I will never return for car servicing and cannot recommend their services to anyone.
