An informed and detailed experience
Dylan and the team at mycar Frankston are the standard that a motor mechanic place should be. Not only are they great at offering advice. The advice they give then allows you to make an informed decision on how to move forward. In my line of work, I coach team for that same way of talking to our customers. Highly recommend!
As a shift worker, finding time for car servicing can be really difficult, but Ben made the whole process so easy. He was incredibly accommodating, organising an early drop-off that fit around my schedule. He explained everything clearly and in a way that made sense, even for someone like me who doesn’t know much about cars. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. If anything comes up after your service, Ben is more than happy to help you sort it out without stress. Highly recommend!

Great service
Great service. Ben gave an honest assessment of things found during inspection and criticality / urgency for getting them sorted rather than just pushing to fix everything at once which often is common practice for car servicing.
