I need a new radiator for my car and…
I need a new radiator for my car and they have ordered the wrong one. I was not happy, I drop my car as requested for the whole day. My weekend was ruined because I had to drop my wife to work and pick her up for 3 days. With the fuel prices it was very expensive. I should get some compensation because it was not my fault.

Chris rang me and also sent me quote on what my car needed fixed .... We chatted on the phone and got what urgently needed fixed.
Then when my car was ready to be picked up the company texted me.
