Poor service.

I changed all my car's tyres. One of lug nut head on a wheel missing. It may broken and no one tell me that. I only notice while I was cleaning the wheels. Now I dont know what to complain and how to get it fixed? One more thing, I see other cars they did tyres shines tyres dressing after put in new tyres. But they didnt do that for me. Even though I left my car whole day there and no chasing.

Extremely Helpful Store Manager!

Store Manager was extremely helpful in assessing the needs for the tyres of my car, having all the tyres in stock for full replacement on the day and happily assisted in speaking with my insurance company regarding having the tyre with punctures replaced as per my policy without any out-of-pocket expense to me.

Exceptionally friendly, competent, and helpful staff who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer needs are met. The entire team deserves credit, and MyCar definitely benefits from having these individuals exemplify an outstanding customer-oriented culture that is lacking in modern society. I witnessed the same care, attention, and urgency extended to multiple other people who attended the store on that day.
