Friendly customer service abd fast tyre fitting

Service at MyCar Figtree was 5 star, but your centralised phone system was a nightmare, with no way to directly contact Figtree or even chat to someone at a call centre. I've never experienced such an infuriating phone set-up. Fix it asap!

Service was friendly and efficient and I was offered advice that didn't cost me any extra money. I will definitely go back for my next service.

$229 for a service. All they did was change the oil and oil filter. Didn’t call me to let me know of the other issues with my car just gave me a list of things to fix. Overall very disappointed with the service

I had a great experience with my tyre change and wheel alignment. The online booking process was easy, with a wide selection of tyres and straightforward payment options. The staff were friendly, and the service was impressively quick. I will definitely be returning for my next mechanical needs.

The mechanics took the time to explain everything, including the break down of the invoice. They were efficient and also were mindful of prices and really did care about doing the right thing! Wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on

Having 2 different mechanics disagree
over .2 of a mm thickness on the extremity of a tyre where there is minimal wear on the rest of it. Then failing the inspection stating a new tire must be purchased before he would pass it. Extremely poor PR

Had my 60,000km logbook service on my Mazda Cx-3 on 10 May 2023. Was able to drop the car in at 8.00am and the car was ready at 9:30am. Was happy with the interaction with the Manager who went out of his way to help me.
