I arrived at your Eltham workshop with…
I arrived at your Eltham workshop with a punctured tyre and feeling very stressed.
Hus was extremely helpful and he booked me in to replace the tyre the same day even though the workshop was very busy.
I am very grateful for his assistance on the day.

Car service
This team at Eltham My car is the best. Chris was outstanding in his customer service, his mechanical experience shone through for us. Everything was explained in great detail and although my timeframe was not met, the safety of my car was and I am very grateful for that. It's a busy time of year Christmas, the weather was so hot and no cooling air in this workshop, but the boys delivered. Highly recommend this team to assist you in all your mechanical needs.

What a great benefit! I forgot I had a tyre care plan
I forgot I had a tyre care plan, and whn I called to have a ouncture repaird I was told that since I bought the tyres from you it would be free. Thats nit all, upon review the manager said my tyre would need to be replaced but as it was within a year it would be free, saving me money and worry. They were amazing and I couldn't thank them enough for highlighting these benefits. One good reason to keep buying my tyres from you. I need a set of 4 for my other car and will be booking in on your black friday deal (i hope)

Made an error, agreed not to charge me for their mistakes, then held my car for ransom until I paid for said mistake. Totally unacceptable

I was very happy they way they help me…
I was very happy they way they help me of choosing the tyres, and on the serversing the car they were very thorough, and explaining some of the Issues. The only little thing I found is one the member, although he was very helpful he could have smile just a little.

Attention to detail - even to the Mechanic walking my daughter through some basic on the road car care stuff.
