Hassle free
I had changed to Pirelli all season tyres for my Mazda cx30, hassle free booking and easy payment module ,the timeframe mentioned was so pleasing .Staff were very friendly.

Great to deal with
Got a nail in the side wall of my tyre, very annoying after only putting 4 new tyres on my car 6 months ago. Was covered by the my tyre plan so got a new tyre fitted at no cost. The guys at the rosny centre made the whole process way and were great to deal with! Will be getting my tyres from them again in the future

Super service
They did what they said they would for the price quoted and the car was ready on time which is important to me. Friendly service and the work was explained to me so I understood exactly what was done and why it was necessary to keep my car in top condition

Better detailed invoice would be nice
I'm happy with the Service. However I think more detail on the invoice would be nice. Like for instance "Brake Fluid"?. Doesn't say if it's replaced or topped up.
Also the 120,000 Service on my car should have the coolant changed. It wasn't mentioned at all, I'm assuming it wasn't done. Just seemed to be rushed off when it was ready.

Should offer to fix things of said of just telling me when I pick it up
Told me I needed a new battery and didn’t offer to do it for me, 1 hour later the battery died while I was trying to go somewhere. Also said they would call when they were finished, they didn’t so I went to check on it after 3 hours of waiting for a call. I also wanted new wipers put on which was said when I booked it and they never got done.
Other mechanics said I should have been offered a battery since they said I needed one. Won’t be going back
