First time with mycar tyre and auto
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Craig and the team for going above and beyond with their exceptional service. Despite it being late on a Friday afternoon, they were able to price match competitors and source the specific branded tyres I requested. I also greatly appreciated the open and honest communication from Craig throughout the process, as well as the thoughtful gesture of picking me up from home to collect my car. Their dedication to customer service was truly commendable.

Attention to detail is impressive
The attention to detail given to my car by mycar impressed me. My battery terminals had a bit of corrosion which I had been meaning to get around to doing, mycar took care of it during a standard service. Small details like that give me great confidence in recommending Cranbourne mycar to anyone who is tired of being upsold at dealerships.
