Job not done properly.

Liked quick job and text when ready.
Disliked, I asked for a particular tyre to be kept as the spare which wasn't done so I had to get them find the one they took off and re fit it.
Invoice says new valve stems but they were not replaced.
Tyre pressures were not set to correct road pressures, they were all left at fitting pressures of around 45psi.

Quick and friendly service

I had a RWC check booked in, and wanted to add a battery check later on, which was achieved with a quick phone call. Received a text and a call in one hour of dropping off, both tasks completed. Was advised that the RWC has already been uploaded to MVR and received a paper copy as well. Realized later that there was no additional charge for the battery check. Very happy with the pleasant interactions with the helpful front staff - Steven and Saj. Would definitely be returning for future auto needs.

Great service

30k logbook service for my VW Amarok.
$300 cheaper than the dealership.

Very prompt and professional. I’ve had several of my vehicles serviced over the years here and literally saved thousands from absurd dealership prices.

Happy Customer

I have been taken my vehicle to My Car at Casuarina here in Darwin for many years now. The team are very pleasant, professional and friendly. Most specially to Steve and the guy at the reception.
