mycar Tyre & Auto - Cannon Hill Arvostelua 

Had my Renault Koleos serviced at Cannon Hill MyCar on 31/10/25 for the 140K service. Yesterday my battery was dead and was replaced by RACQ. I was disappointed that in the service report that the battery condition was not recorded, so I could have made a choice to replace it as part of the service.

I asked for changing a flat tyre and needed a new one. Their warranty system offered me a free tyre which was very good. Waiting time of 1.5 hours was too long for me. But I’m happy with the service overall. Thank you.

Called up early saturday morning with a screw in my tyre. They took my car in that afternoon and had the puncture fixed. Very good service and quick at such short notice

I rang this shop today urgently needing a flat tyre changed — a job that takes less than 10 minutes. I was told they were “too busy” and “fully booked,” with zero effort to offer options, squeeze me in, or show basic customer care.

In the end, I had to drive all the way to Logan Central just to get the tyre changed. That’s a completely avoidable 50+ km trip when there are several tyre shops right here in Tingalpa that could have helped but chose not to.

Very disappointed with the lack of service and unwillingness to help someone in a simple situation. Poor experience overall.

Great service friendly

The forecast quote price can in considerably less than anticipated, with additional works added on, because they didn't complete works that was unnecessary. I was expecting to pay $1600 and, in the end, paid $904. First time in my life I feel like I've used an honest mechanic.

I was disappointed with the lack of little things such as tyre blackening, cleaning of the rims etc., I felt as if nothing had happened to my car apart from the bill and the cost of things to do on the car, I spent over $1300 for tyres and a service but felt I got nothing. I left feeling flat and unimpressed with MyCar, I probably won't go back for anything as I just felt I was there to keep the dollar turnover for the shop going I know you have a lot of customers continually coming in but I suspect they will not be returning customers

Did a great job recently when a tyre got a screw and had to be replaced. They were super busy but quickly ordered a new tyre, had it delivered and replaced same afternoon to get me back on the road.

Excellent experience dealing with the Cannon Hill branch. Telephone booking/exchange was professional and friendly, they booked me in quickly and did the work within the time specified. I am extremely happy with the work mycar Tyre and Auto Cannon Hill did on my car. Thank you.

Excellent communication, customer service, quality of work & price.

I think the actual servicing of the vehicle went well. I wasn't surprised by the amount it cost or what was found as I haven't had the car serviced for a while. What let My Car, Cannon Hill down was the awful service from Sheel, a customer service representative. At the outset informed him and Scott, his colleague, that I had paid for the service, (300), via Afterpay. It's actually managed by Auto guru. To cut a long story short when I arrived to pay and pick up the car Sheel included the $300 I had already paid. I said that I had repeatedly explained I had paid this. I showed him the Afterpay/auto guru invoice that was started in July. I had to delay the service due to a severe flu virus and chronic mental health problems - I embarrassingly explained this-in front of a waiting customer. Sheel wasn't convinced. He baited me by saying, "But that was then , this is now" , and "Who would do this??" As if I was trying to commit some kind of fraud. By now my complex mental health issues were fully triggered and I was a mess, especially when Sheel said that the waiting customer would vouch that he had not been disrespectful. After a while Sheel went off and spoke with someone at length and charged me the correct amount. He showed me where a service was cancelled in August and admitted that they could have contacted me afterwards. But there was no apology for this apalling treatment and lack of respect. This is NOT how you do business.

My car needed urgent tyre repair. It was a Saturday and thank goodness MyCar was open and able to find time to fix it. They were efficient with fixing it so I didnt have to wait long and the staff I met were all courteous.

Called the afternoon before and was fit in first thing next day for a tyre repair

My transmission wouldn’t engage and they got me going again in a day.

I urgently needed a tyre repair and called first thing on a Saturday morning. My phone was responded to in a calm and friendly manner and a couple of times were provided as options to visit MyCar Cannon Hill. On arrival, I was treated with efficient and pleasant service and told they would have my car for about an hour. My car (tyre repaired) was completed at the suggested time and I was on my way. For the pleasant customer service, availability of a time for the repair and efficiency of the whole experience I rate MyCar Cannon Hill with 5 stars. Thank you
