I recently had my car serviced at mycar campbelltown and the experience was outstanding. From start to finish, the staff were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They provided a clear explanation of the necessary repairs and maintenance, and the work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. The convenience of online booking and timely updates on my vehicle's status were much appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this service.

Came in for a service, quick and easy drop off and pick up.

I could not remember as to if in my last service (somewhere else) had the brake fluid flushed, so when mycar called and told me it would be wise to flush the fluid, I said go ahead. Then while picking up the car, I was able to show mycar a service invoice of the previous service, then mycar took out the price of brake fluid flush from final bill. Nice of them, nice people.

Always a pleasure to deal with the guys here. I like the way that they know me by name and also offer me any discounts that come up for a better deal on tyres.
Also the after tyre service is great.

I was annoyed when I first came in at 9 o’clock because I booked it for 9 to be finished by 11:30 because I had somewhere else to be and as I’m leaving the employee goes it will be ready to pick up at 1pm I said no it said 11:30 pick up and he gave me attitude and said it may not be done by then I said well I booked it specifically for that time so I could do my other things that you should put pick up time on the emails if your unsure I’ve done many car service myself on cars in the past and it doesn’t take more then at least 1.5 hours to do everything and he said well I’ll see what I can do and luckily he rang back at 10 something because I had a funeral to go to. So after that experience I won’t be coming back here and less its urgent.

So I would recommend if your employee can’t do the task within the timeframe from check in to the time of pick up on email maybe change that because people book things and work around their schedule
