Came in for a servicing and tyres, the boys picked up on a few road legal issues and solved without any issues. Got a great deal on my tyre purchase. Didn’t pay for anything unnecessary. Good people, the bloke that took care of us was very friendly, professional and patient.

At the beginning the mechanic had ordered the wrong car parts and after receiving the wrong one he placed a new order. As a result there was a delay in completing the job

I've always had a good experience taking my car to the Campbellfield garage.
It was just a lot more expensive on this occasion for some reason which I didn't expect.
Normally I pay $200 for a minor service. This time cost $560. I wasn't aware that an air filter and 4 spark plugs cost so much.

The team were friendly and the work was done quicker than I expected.

The repair took too long, I was without my car for nearly 2 weeks. The repair was of good quality

I booked my car in for a 90,000km log book service at Mycar Campbellfield and told them I also wanted a vibration at 80km/h looked at. When I dropped it off, I again mentioned the vibration. I rang late in the afternoon to see when I could pick it up and was told that they were just doing the air filter and then it would be ready. When I arrived I was told the air filter needed replacing but didn't have one to fit and I could come back another day after they ordered it. They had the car all day so I don't understand how they couldn't have got one in. There was no mention of the vibration and when driving home, the vibration was still there. They told me that the car service was 20,000km over due which I told them that at the last service the forgot to reset the service light (which is what they would have gone by), but they didn't reset it either, I had to Google it to do it myself, which means the next service would have looked even more over due. I must say that they did wash the car, however, I would rather they spent that time to complete the task that I asked them to do as I believe this to be safety related if something was to fail. I now need to take the car to another place to rectify the vibration. I won't be going back to them again.

Last year I had a slow puncture and Mycar fixed it and would not charge me. I was very impressed and said that when it came to my next service I would book with them. I loved that you can book online and prepay. For someone who knows nothing about cars its reassuring to be able to choose what I want and know the price upfront. I was so impressed with them helping me out that I'll always book with them from now on. Great work everyone
