My hand brake stopped working
My hand brake stopped working, so I phoned Mycar, and they agreed to check it straight away - such a relief, especially with something as important as a brake. They were efficient, polite, and helpful - thank you Lewis. They explained the most likely cause of the problem, ordered in a replacement part, kept me informed along the way, and I'm now on the road again. Great service all around.

Overcharged
The part I needed replacing was very cheap and small. It was the boot opening button and the charge was $483.00. I didn't get an itemized bill and this seems a lot to pay. I understand they needed to remove the inner panel of the hatchback but I find it hard to believe that it would have taken long to complete the work.

Great service
Staff were polite but no fuss. Just got on with the job. Fixed my small fault on the spot and without charge. Will definitely be changing to mycar Cammeray for scheduled service and maintenance.

I own Pajero and dont trust MM anymore…
I own Pajero and dont trust MM anymore due to bad experiences over the years. I decided to give it a go with myCar. We agreed on what will be done and had the set price on it. Almost 500 bucks cheaper than MM for 200K service. Only booked 3 days eariler , car was ready at the end of the day. Cammeray's Darren and Logan are the people who you need to speak too. They are busy but definitely know what they are talking about.
