Even though my car was booked for a set time, they were very busy and fitted my car into be done , to suit my schedule, I am very thankful for this ....

I pre ordered tyre at the Boxing Day Sale and have been patiently waiting for more than a month. There has been no communication from the store and I had to chase up all the time. Until last week, I requested the store to replace tyre immediately as mine was not roadworthy anymore. Then I’ve been told that the tyre ordered were wrong and I had to pay over $400 extra. I personally went to Brandon Park store on Boxing Day, the staff there instructed me and placed order on my behalf. I had no idea of what tyre been ordered and trusted the staff as they know better than me. I don’t understand how could the tyre be wrong and it’s been ordered by your staff who should have comprehensive information and knowledge on tyre. I don’t think it’s fair that I had to pay over $400 extra due to your staff’s mistake!

The guys left my car parked without the handbrake on!!! It was parked on a slight upwards and angled slope. I was told it’s because it wasn’t manual it was fine!

Wasn’t very comforting to get in my car and thinking that I’m about to pass out because the car is rocking forward

The guys were, as always, helpful and polite and the work seems fine. The problem this time was with timing. I booked in for tyre replacement on Monday, but they were flat out so I offered to come back when it was quieter, to relieve the stress for them. We settled on Thursday at 8.30 and I was waiting for the work to be done. Told it would be 2 hours I returned to find it had not been started and I hadn’t been called. It took another hour and a half to complete the work - 3 1/2 hours for 4 tyres. Disappointing and not their usual.

Friendly, helpful staff. Work (new tyres) completed quickly and efficiently on my Q5. Will use them for my next scheduled service.

My tyre was not ready (nail in tyre) the next day when I was told it would be ready.
Counter staff answered phones in preference to a customer before them, more than once.
I am in retail and a customer standing before you takes precedence to phone ringing

Waiting area just adequate.Air conditioning was somewhat low. Provision of a tea/coffee machine would have been appreciated.
Fitting took 90 minutes to complete.
