Great all round

Easy to book, easy to check which service is best for you. All done quickly and very reasonable prices. Helpful and friendly.
We once had a problem with the electric window switch, the dealer quoted over $700 to fix, mycar sourced a second hand part and did it for $250, brilliant, thanks

Helpful & speedy

The store manager organised a replacement tyre when a puncture repair wasn't possible, really helpful and got the job done quickly.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, told person behind desk the issue re 02 senser and engine light on. Picked up car 9 hrs later and a $930 dollar invoice, engine light still on, checked diagnostics again and 02 sensor code still there. They claim they checked diagnostics which clearly they didn’t.
Called MY CAR boronia this morning and they are denying all accountability for the poor service and lack of communication re the 02 sensor. They don’t even deserve the 1 star but can’t leave comment without pressing the star. I am beyond unhappy and clearly the mechanic who looked after my car needs to be replaced
