Absolutely terrible.
I had engine trouble and Kieran said he couldn't fix the car for a week. I had no choice but to leave the car at the garage. He said he'll look at it that day.
He estimated a $1600 quote after the last service.
I heard nothing until I called a week later. He said he hadn't done the job and there was two quotes. This meant $715 on top of $1600 that was reduced to $1300.
I asked if he could text me the quote. No, he said. Zoom? No. I had to stop work and walk two kms to talk to him face to face.
The text issue is ridiculous. I'm hard of hearing - like 17 percent of the population. He had my email and could've notified me. That said, he said he'll email me the quote.
He'll justify himself and say he has autism. If he does, spell this out to him. Disrespect a client and you will lose thousands in future revenue. Not just from me, but everyone I will tell.

Staff went above and beyond to fix my subaru
Great communication from the staff. My subaru is challenging to get the right parts for due to it being very close to a change over of certain parts. I highly recommend bendigo CE Mycar. I've just had to have the lower control arm replaced and the staff communication and workmanship was great.
