Customer service was exceptional. Called in for a quote for logbook service. The quote was very reasonable and the work was completed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend the Bankstown branch to anyone looking for car service for their vehicles.

Terrible service at bankstown centre My car dealer, rip you off , $380 for regular car service and lack of explanation. Shows unprofessionalism and lack of work ethics and dignity , lesson learnt was first and last visit.

Friendly customer service, they noticed my brakes were completely gone, so they ordered replacement on the spot and changed them and made my car safe to drive within a couple of hours.

Friendly, quick, and think about the customer .I used to go to mycar Broadway , and over the phone I found them to be very rude , unprovoked . The Bankstown staff are the best , and the gentleman who attends the reception has excellent customer service . So professional and kind to his clients . I will never stop going there .

My family cars have been to Bankstown Kmart Tyre & Auto / mycar over the years and so far so good but the last visit in early August 2024 where servicing for 80K km was met with a mishap due the mechanic forgot to tighten the car engine splash shield so while driving 1 side of the metal shield detached and scraping the street causing terrible noise and sparks. Indifferently, when I called mycar Bankstown to report the issue, I was asked to drive back to the service center, I doubt if that person can understand the seriousness of the problem. I had to call a tow truck instead :( Luckily I have roadside service cover otherwise it would have been an expensive experience.

The staff told me oil filter was not included in my booked service and I had to pay extra for it. I did a quick search in MyCar booking page and proved them wrong and the budged. Upon picking up the car, I realised they have marked the next service odo in the next 10k KM while my car needs servicing every 15k KM. I'm not sure if I can trust if they service my card as per manufacturer instructions.

I needed assistance with a sudden tire puncture and was delighted with the results. The promptness and professionalism of your service were truly impressive. It was fantastic that the tire could be replaced while I waited, saving me time.

The mechanic’s (Paya) attitude, communication, and advice throughout the process were excellent. He clearly explained the issues and advised me on the next steps. I also appreciated the follow-up call once the job was completed.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and will return for any future needs. Thank you for your efficiency!
