Excellent Service
Even when Mycar Altona Meadows are one man down, service is A+. Zlatko and Rick do a great job servicing my car and have gone "above and beyond" several times. I have no hesitation recommending Mycar Altona Meadows

I liked the on-line booking process
I liked the on-line booking process, and the fact that they send an SMS letting you know when the car is ready to be picked up. The manager at the CE Altona Meadows was good to deal with.

Friendly & Helpful Team.
The team was friendly and helpful. When they found issues they called and gave us the opportunity to make a choice. They had the parts they said they would so the service got completed in a single visit which is always great. They do a great job.

Rear absorbers change resulted in light not working and missing strap
Booked and service and approved for the rear shock absorbers to be replaced. This must have required to take off some panels in the trunk and move the seats. There was a baby seat that was not properly re-installed at all which could have been dangerous if I had not noticed. Easy fix that I could do myself. However there is now a strap missing in the trunk that we used to hold bags. The indoor trunk light is also not working anymore.

Wheel Alignment, Job Not Performed
Asked/paid for a 4x wheel alignment after changing all shocks/springs. Had marked all adjustment bolts position out of curiosity. None were moved, and alignment remained dramatically out (RR wheel camber +2deg and toe out +3deg). No alignment data printout provided. Very annoyed.
