Christian and team are great to deal with, able to fit me in where other tyre shops wait times were days later. Have had two issues with punctures that were resolved efficiently.

Not professional- even arrogant
My car get towed to airport west. I told him, it’s not a battery problem. He said, I will do my due/diligence and Just replaced the battery. My battery was alright. It was the alternator problem. He said i checked the alternator, its working fine. I end up being to the same situation after 45 min. He charged me and did nothing.

Exceptional Service
Mycar Airport West provided excellent service for my car. Replacing 2 wheel bearings with no trouble at all and I am very satisfied with the results. I will be using them again in the future.

Expert advice and Quality service

Very disappointed
Mycar advertised $100 off a logbook service if it was booked online. For my vehicle it was quoted at $551.00 as it said it needed extra work for the 150,000 km service. When I picked up the vehicle they said I needed an air filter as this isn't included!!
Then I saw on the invoice that they had charged it as a 75,000 service. This is quoted online at $234. Both the quotes show the same items included in the service. When I went back to query this, I was told that the extra $300 was because I had the radiator and brake fluid flushed. I told them I thought this was excessive and was advised that they are cheaper than a Suzuki dealership! I was also told that $165 an hour for labour was cheap! One of the staff said I was getting a "major service" which is why it's more expensive. The other person I queried the invoice with said there is no such thing as a "major" service. When I pointed out the wording on their website showed the 75,000 and 150,000 services were the same, I was told they just use "generic" wording. To me, this is deliberately vague language. I don't feel I received value for money, and the online booking setup is deceptive.
