Saretha was our personal contact - highly recommended. Speedy responses - regular updates and the process was seamless. Fees charged were all inclusive including the 3 international couriers required to send documents back and forth. We received our new passports a month after the initial request. Amazing.

MyBritishPassport - random choice, great outcome
When we stared the process, we had no idea that MyBritishPassport was one of a number of ways to renew our UK passports - it popped up in an online search and we thought the website looked well constructed, so we went with it. We were given prompt responses to our queries and were well supported during the process.
At times, some of the 'standard' advice seemed to be inconsistent and we had to request confirmation of the intention of an instruction on one occasion. Overall, we felt the MyBritishPassport process worked well, and this was confirmed by a friend who had some difficulties renewing her UK passport by a different process.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! My consultant, Amanda, was wonderful. As my situation was a bit unusual, I was uncertain on how to answer some of the questions. No problem! Amanda told me what I should do and what documents I needed to provide. She also kept in touch with me after my application was submitted.
