This is my first time joining a weight…
This is my first time joining a weight lost program on line. It is taking me a little time to get used to the app.I am finding it very informative about food and how it affects your body. I like the recipes and am trying them each day. I hope to keep it up and loose weight that I have been carrying for the last few years.

Occasionally meals are not recorded, or even recorded twice. I put this down to user error but am unable to rectify it.

I had issued a complaint regarding an autopayment that was executed without any previous notice (which I realize is not possible for all companies to do). I had originally signed up for this app in December 2025 and the autopayment was due 3 months later. I had never used the site and had no knowledge there was an autopayment forthcoming. After contacting the company, they were kind enough to refund the amount. I appreciate this attention to what customers are actually asking for, rather than just quoting company policies. Kudos for listening to and taking care with your customers.

Refunded so updated review
Updated review: originally posted as 1 star due to unexpected deduction of money from my account. I contacted them immediately and they have now refunded me. Only raising to 3 star as the money shouldn't have been deducted in the first place from what I can see. But I do appreciate the swift resolution. Thank you.

Bogus charge of $41.82 on my card. When I contacted the company for an explanation, there was a lot of back and forth and no explantion given. The monthly charge should have been $17.28.
