The first time I had mechanical problems with my car I contacted AutoGuard on how to handle the process. It was days before they got back and then when I asked my service company to send a quote they didn't respond. After weeks of waiting I told the mechanic I needed the car so they fixed it but then AUTO GUARD refused to pay any of the bill - DON USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!!!
I paid nearly 3,000 for nothing!!

Do not ever do business with this company. Their entire operation is built on manipulation and outright deception. Their agents are trained to feed you whatever lies will get you to stop asking questions, and the moment you hesitate, they shove you into a policy you never agreed to. They hide behind lines like “you can still cancel,” then immediately push through charges you never authorized and they even lie about the amount you’ll be billed. This isn’t confusion or a mistake. It’s predatory, unethical behavior designed to trap people and take their money. Stop trying to pull funds from me after I explicitly called to cancel immediately. I will not tolerate this kind of dishonest, high‑pressure scam.

Horrible company asked me for a down…
Horrible company asked me for a down payment for my policy and then in the same month ask for my 1st payment for said policy. And when I go to cancel my policy I am hung up on twice when I finally speak with someone instead of a verbal confirmation for cancellation they ask for a emailed cancellation.

Called claiming they were from a different company. Once I realized they were not the service they claimed, tried to cancel; got multiple call transfers/disconnects. Was told must notify in writing and would take more than 30 days to complete cancellation. Do not trust these scammers!
