Yay! MyAutoGuard paid exactly what they said they would for my vehicle repairs. After a five day delay. (payment system computer crash) I have picked up my car. I really appreciate the coverage offered by MyAutoGuard. My Cadillac CTS is a 2005. No other extended service Warranty companies offered the coverage I got from MyAutoGuard. I have a rebuilt HVAC system, new rack and pinion, tie rods, and alignment. My Caddy runs great. Thank you!

Was told one thing and policy stated something different. I cancelled my policy with in a couple of hours after receiving the policy. I don’t do business with companies that tell you one thing and then policy (in writing) is something totally different.

Too evasive
Too evasive, especially when i said my wife AND I jointly make these types of decisions. When asked about when the first payment would be due he was a little hesitant and said 2 weeks, even though we are supposed to have 4 weeks (30 days) to decide at NO COST. That makes me feel very uncomfortable. .

Directions were explained poorly
Directions were explained poorly. My car was at the mechanic to get the inspection but what to do was not clear to either them or me.
Now I'm going to have to sell the car rather than get it repaired. THis has basically been completely useless and the customer service experience is lacking.

When I received the service agreement…
When I received the service agreement there was information was wrong. For instance, I was promised a $0 deductible. The documents were wrong stating $100 deductible. Now I have to call to correct. I also was provided information during the upfront discussion. I had to have the following waved 'contract starts only after 1000 miles' of usage. The language is still in the agreement.

I am very happy with the customer service. I was upset because my insurance was taking forever to send me a tow truck. So I called My AutoGuard, and a representative confirmed that I have roadside assistance included in my plan and helped me get a tow truck. Having a baby in the car can be very stressful, but you guys came to the rescue.

Confused and maybe a mistake
I am still confused about what I understood before purchase and facts on plan.
I also have placed at least 8 calls to reach a live customer service person to clear my questions
And to confirm “approved” service centers as I understood from the only person I visited with that not all manufacturers service centers “dealerships” are approved ?!!!
I wish not to try to source when in need. Seems I would be stranded for sometime.
