Very bad experience with the Myair.0 mouse.

After receiving the product, I quickly noticed that the battery does not hold a charge at all. The battery life is extremely poor, making the mouse almost unusable in everyday use. For a brand-new product, this is completely unacceptable.

What makes the situation even worse is the customer service. Instead of offering a simple solution or a proper replacement, they only propose that I return the product. The problem is that the return must be sent to China at my own expense. Using a standard carrier like La Poste, the shipping costs are around €50 — almost the same price as the product itself.

There is no responsibility taken, no commercial gesture, and no real willingness to help the customer. They sell a defective product and then expect the customer to pay a significant amount of money to fix their mistake.

I strongly do not recommend this brand. Poor product quality and terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. ⚠️

I've had my Air.o for just over a year. I use it when I travel. It has interesting quirks. Right from the beginning it would lose Bluetooth connection, sometimes while using it. Granted, it isn't a lot and it always will reconnect. I can't count on it, so I generally carry a Microsoft travel mouse and have this as a backup. The other quirk is that it will go flat on it's own. Not while i'm using it, but just sitting there. it did it while I was typing this review. I have not found a surface it doesn't work on. The design is awesome. If it was reliable, it would be a KILLER product.

Great ingeneous product. Works perfectly. And so easy to carry. Autonomy 3 months. Love it!

They delivered my order to the wrong address and told me it was my problem. I had to involve the police to recover my package. Then, when I wanted to return the mouse, they charged me almost the same price as the product itself. Terrible service. Avoid this company if you want to receive your items correctly and on time.

Product randomly stopped working, I emailed for the warranty. They had me send dozens of videos over a month or two to prove there was an issue. After all the headache they informed me I would have to send it back with my money... I went and bought another mouse as their support is horrible. Avoid this company.

I odered via Ig and paid £64 including delivery. The post office deliver it to the wrong house and instead of sending me a replacement they reimbursed £58 which is the cost of the mouse. Not great customer service despite it was not theor fault. It took over 6 weeks despite the post office investigated the issue within 4 days.

This is incredible that I really travel a lot. I need an easy to carry and light weight mouse for loads of work. If I use trackpad only, I don’t think I could finish as quick as I use with a mouse. This OriMouse feels great. Even it needed to get used to, but it only took me 5mins to get used to.

I received the product after about a month, but the delay was due to it being stuck in customs for a few weeks because of tariffs—not the seller’s fault. The mouse works perfectly and exactly as advertised. I’ve been using it for work with no issues so far. Very satisfied!

Not really functional at the moment - the magnet doesn't hold the side steadily, tracking is hit and miss depending it seems on the angles you make when you fold it together, great idea, poor execution, best to avoid

J’ai acheté la souris OriMouse sur le site myair0.com, et je suis très déçu par sa qualité.
Le défilement ne fonctionne quasiment pas, seules les zones de clic répondent correctement.
La souris est censée rester aimantée dans une position ergonomique, mais l’aimant est trop faible : au moindre appui, elle s’aplatit. C’est inutilisable.

J’ai demandé un retour dès le jour de réception, mais le service client a refusé, sous prétexte que j’avais ouvert le produit. Pourtant, le droit de rétractation est garanti en Europe, même pour tester un article.

Le vendeur est basé à Hong Kong, le service après-vente est inexistant, et les conditions de retour sont illégales selon le droit européen.

Je ne recommande absolument pas ce produit.
