De vergüenza
De vergüenza! El 16 de junio acordé con ellos el presupuesto y la fecha para pintar una casa entera antes de que llegara la mudanza con los muebles. Hoy 24 de julio, tras reconfirmar 3 veces y tan solo 6 días antes de la fecha acordada cancelan el trabajo porque al pintor le venía “un poco lejos” … ya sin tiempo de reacción para que pueda encontrar otro pintor. Si quieres que te dejen colgado ya sabes dónde acudir!!!! Acabo de consultar jurídicamente y vamos a denunciar por vía judicial por daños y perjuicios causados por incumplimiento de contrato (que lo tengo todo por escrito confirmando el servicio y adquiriendo la responsabilidad de cumplirlo) Ojalá todo el mundo denunciara a estas empresas que se comprometen y en el último momento dejan a los clientes tirados y con gastos extras!

Friendly and great standard of work
I hired through the company for work in my flat involving wall preparation (including wallpaper removal, repairs and sanding) and painting all walls, skirting boards and most doors after having had a rewire. The two painters who arrived were very courteous and friendly. The painter I spoke to (João) gave consistent updates on when they would arrive for each day. I also received a walk through or pictures at the end of each work day to show what they had done. João repaired one of my skirting boards and went above and beyond to paint above our bay window despite all our furniture and curtains in the way. Would recommend anyone to go with the company for the same works as they were one day earlier finished than scheduled and did a very thorough and neat job!

Quick solution, happy outcome
I had a let down with my original painter, but after I got in contact with Painter Adam my quote was sent promptly and sorted me out with a painter in 2 days which i find was quite fast and efficient. The customer service from the Painter Adam team was good and fast. Painter did a good job, arrived on time and carried out the assignment as agreed. Found the experience quite smooth and easy!

We were nervous as we had never used…
We were nervous as we had never used this company before and it all seemed a bit too good to be true. I was called back the same day I enquired and the painter was her a few days later.
He did a fantastic job and finished our room in half a morning. :)

I had a very good service from Adam . The whole process was very professional from start to finish .
Initial planning with Sam was made easy by the tick box form .She was very helpful and was able to answer my queries . I was surprised at how quickly I was able to be matched with a painter

I had such high hopes
I had such high hopes, but my experience was awful. From the start, the painter was late and made constant excuses. I tried to call Adam, but received no response. I was told at the beginning that the job would take three days, but it ended up taking ten days, and even then, the flat was left in a terrible state, requiring a huge cleanup on our part. They spray-painted over the smoke detectors, causing £1,000 worth of damage. They painted the front door without taking it off its hinges, which meant we couldn’t get in or out, and we had to hire a handyman to fix it. I still paid, but reluctantly, and the whole experience left a bad taste.

After carefully reviewing our records, we can confirm that we made multiple attempts to resolve the situation from the moment concerns were first raised.
This included multiple follow-up emails and phone calls offering to return and complete any outstanding work or address the issues raised.
Unfortunately, we did not receive any responses to these efforts, and despite being told that documentation would be shared, no photos were received until July 14th - several weeks after our initial conversation.
We understand that you chose to settle the invoice despite being dissatisfied with the outcome, and we respect that decision. However, we’d like to note that as of today, no payment has been received on our end.
Regarding the specific issues mentioned such as delays, the condition of the property, and damage caused we are investigating this matter internally, as this is not reflective of the standards we hold ourselves to.
While we regret that your experience fell short of expectations, we remain committed to professionalism, fairness, and transparency.
