If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered a watch for my husband for Christmas. Broke the first time wearing it. Asked for a a replacement. They wanted to give me a refund of 10% of my purchase cost to get it “fixed” locally. This worked out to be $30. After wasting weeks going back and forth and demanding a replacement, we sent the watch back at our cost in January and we have not seen a replacement or refund and they just stopped responding. They have basically stolen my money at this point and are nothing but scammers

I ordered a watch back in November 2025, I am still waiting for this as well as the free gifts.
This company are fraudulent and will never send your watch, I have emailed them a number of times and had answer but for the last 2 months no replies.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

It’s been a good experience.

I placed 1 order in November and 3 orders in December, 2 of which were graduation gifts.
The November 27th order was confiscated for what postal personnel deemed was conterfeit postage. The watch was replaced by Watch Mod, but the communication with them as to the status of my order could have been better. I was still waiting as of January 7th.
Overall considering the Holiday time period I was satisfied with my watch purchases and would consider ordering in the future from Watch Mod. I just felt like the communication on the delay of delivery of the watch could have been better.

I have given 5 stars because I have had 2 watches from Watch Mod this year (config Seikomariner and SpeedSeiko) and both are of excellent quality. They look and feel very premium, and probably exceed my expectations. There is a ‘but’ though, which is you have to be patient. One took 4 weeks to arrive and the other almost 6, but I was in regular contact with customer services who reassured me constantly that the orders were progressing and explaining where they were in the chain. So if you’re happy to wait then I’m my experience it’s well worth it.

I paid for Omega-Seamaster style Seiko mod watch. Was delivered with the delay. Looks OK, NH35 timekeeping acceptable. Unfortunately, after few days I discovered that the crystal is probably not sapphire and AR coating is very poor if it exists at all. I sent few emails, got responses explaining, that domed crystal can’t be checked using a standard diamond detector. I went to Beaverbrooks and they checked that with professional one - glass definitely is not a sapphire. Now I’m waiting for they reaction. Don’t think there will be any…

Watch Mode asked to send them pictures of a watch crystal. I did that.
20.02.2026: still no matter of facts answer from the company… Why I’m not surprised?

Took awhile but watch is here, excellent quality, looks great, well done Watch Mods

Buyer beware. I did get my order. But, defective movement on new watch. And now, the website says 'currently under maintenance and no further orders being taken .... out of stock on all products but delivering processed orders etc.'. Website contact details are all gone, web chat is down and site now says 'coming soon'. Waiting on a response from support. Since arrival, my watch has not kept time and is now running at over 1 hour fast (and gaining time at +10 minutes an hour). Power reserve is also 8 hours at best on the automatic movement. I have to question if this is a legitimate Seiko movement - I've never seen this sort of time gain / power reserve issues on a tested movement before and I've had a lot of Seiko watches. I would suggest waiting to see what happens before ordering as wondering what is going on with their operation right now? I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it's not looking good if they don't communicate.

They weren’t fast by any measure but the communication has been great so I’ve been comfortable the whole time. My first of several orders was confiscated by the USPS for “counterfeit postage” but Watch Mod expedited the replacement (at their cost) and all subsequent shipments have been uneventful. I’ve been pleased with quality and appearance of all the watches (8 of them to be exact)

I'd love to leave a review of the watch but I don't have it. Over a month and waiting. No communication on its whereabouts, I've had to chase them for any update. It's been supposedly shipped on three different occasions now. There is a tracking number which just says we are expecting your item. Honestly just buy a refurbished Seiko 5 and save yourself a load of money. Edit. Watch has arrived now nearly 2 months after ordered. Has the wrong back.Not even going to try to sort it will be a waste of my time.

Excellent communication re order, delivery and satisfaction. I have bought 4 watches and am very pleased with my experience with this company.

I placed the order and wondered how long before I’d get my watch. They communicated well throughout the delivery. I received them after about 4 weeks. I love them and my friends are wanting to know where I got them from.

Customer service and great love the quality of the watch. Had an issue with the clasp. Was no fault of Watch-Mod. Told them the issue sent a few pics and video of the issue and they sent out a replacement band.

This is the second order we have purchased from Watch Mod. The quality is superb. Highly recommend.

First impressions after receiving my watch were very good and a really nice looking watch & good quality. However!!. After having a really good look the top part of the case with the brushed affect & glass doesn't quite line up which makes the brushed affect lean slightly to the right!, and one of the edges on the side of the case is finished off slightly different!. Such a shame because the watch looks really nice. I can probably just live with it.. just!!!.
Don't bother trying to bring anything to there attention you will not get anywhere!!

UPDATE.
After an encouraging response to this review there has been no other response!!

My advice would be to spend your money somewhere else!

Watch is great but took a long time from order and order was hard to track
