Pacha Arvostelua 

Been with them a good few months now and Foster cats as a volunteer. Litter performance with three cats; it’s good but it doesn’t last 4 weeks so recommend an interval of no more than 3 weeks if you’re a multicat household (1 bag per cat).
Litter does track through the house so get a mat to catch it from their paws. Thats cat life!
Customer service not the best. I spend a lot per month on subs with them but when my order got lost by Royal Mail the only suggestion they had was buy more as they wouldn’t do anything until they heard back from the courier. It’s a tracked parcel lost in the system… I haven’t stolen it!
I’ve used the opportunity to try one of the competitors and wait out on that result.

I was pretty skeptical about trying Pacha litter. As a retired Veterinary Nurse I’ve come across quite a few different types across the years too! I have to say I’m very impressed with Pacha- it does exactly what it says it does! Two weeks in now and litter tray & litter still totally dry with no odour. Teddy had no qualms about using it the first time either! Just stir it once a day & watch the magic happen!! Highly recommend!

Well informed on delivery, the product is surprisingly good at keeping the smell away and you don't find remnants of litter all over the floor.

The smell of cat wee has gone. That's Amazing.
Not having to change the litter every day us so much easier. Just a little stir and remove any solids.
I tried Pacha litter because my local council limits the number of black bags and I just couldn't empty the litter trays every day because I couldn't dispose it! Changing every 4 weeks is a game changer! The 4 weeks is almost up and it's been great so far.

Customer service is very good. I'm really pleased with the litter, I struggle to find the right one for my electric litter box and this is working very well. Odour control is excellent. I will be buying again.

I have had this litter in use with one cat for 3 weeks. Remove solids everyday and the litter still does not smell at all. I love how it tracks rhe urinary health. Before we used a wood pellet and was doing a complete change every few days. This litter is amazing.

Excellent experience of Pacha. So much easier than other cat litters. Quick and easy to remove soiling with the rest of the litter remaining unspoilt.

I ordered this as it is not only soft on the cats’ feet, but also helps with odour and for us as senior cats it gives a warning if there’s any bladder/kidney issues. What’s not to like? Oh and it only needs shuffling around weekly and scooping daily! Recommended.

It is my first month and was very sceptical but I’m very pleased no smell at all. My elderly cat uses it and I was so pleased to see she hadn’t got anything wrong due to the colour coding in the litter box, so no worries that way. I will definitely be using it regularly from now on

I bought this item to try with my cats after seeing great reviews, but I was a bit disappointed for these reasons:
It tracks, and its difficult to get off the floor, it's marketed as odourless which is not true. It has its distinct smell, though not the worst on the market. And apparently, it's not advisable to use if your litter tray is located in the bathroom which i did not know before buying it. I thought its okay since I was quite intentional in requesting a one-off purchase. I wish the company would honour my request. Instead, its been added as a repeat purchase and they're charging my credit card! I'm still waiting for their response to my email to take me off the list and refund my money, hence the 2 stars

I’ve only just started using Pacha. So far I have found it amazing. No more bad smells or bits of litter tracked over the house. It also works out cheaper if one bag lasts 1 month

I used Catsan before which was the best one I found for semi controlling the smell. But Pacha came along and at 1 week 2 cats and theres no smell at all and 1 of my cats hasn’t been neutered so the smell is bad, but nothing, no smell!! it’s brilliant. I will be staying with pacha,this litter is a must it’s unbelievable it really works and the changing colour if there’s a problem with your cat is a bonus it’s a win win, The Best

My mum tried Pacha cat litter , unfortunately her Maincoon had 2 seizures within 24 hours. We can’t say for sure this is down to the cat litter but it’s the only thing that changed in her environment.

After getting an emergency vet appointment, getting some medication and removing Pacha litter she seems to be making a good recovery so far thankfully.

Pacha as a company’s response to this has been very disappointing. My mum signed up for the subscription which she has now cancelled. She also mistakenly hit the button for 2 cats instead of one. After only 9 days they sent out the other 2 bags.

However expecting an 80 year old lady to pay for postage, send the litter back ant her own cost and ask for photographic evidence the bags are ok. Before they will issue a refund is extremely poor customer service.

I bought this litter after a friend recommended it to me. My cat has got quite old and isn’t able to go outside to toilet anymore, so I needed to start using a litter tray for him. He has always been fussy with litter in the past so I thought I would give Pacha a go with the ‘Refer a friend’ discount code from my friend. My cat took to it very quickly and has no problem using it. It feels a little strange not changing the litter for a whole month, but when stirred well, the urine is absorbed and does not leave any bad odor. The colour change feature is very helpful now that my cat is older. For the first 2 weeks the litter has turned yellow (normal/healthy), but for the last 24 hrs it has turned blue which indicates a possible medical issue which I will alert Pacha and my vet about. The only reason for four stars is because it does seem to stick my to cats paws, so when he walks out of and away from the tray, I do get a trail of litter across the floor. So the hoover comes out frequently. However, not having to change the litter or clean the tray for a whole month is very convenient, but still feels a little unnatural at the moment, after previously having to clean and change the tray every few days. I will be sticking with this litter.

Great service team, my cats are much more comfortable with this litter no more dust everywhere and theres so little smell after use aswell... and it being delivered every month to you doorstep in so perfect.

New to this litter but so far so good. Definitely no smell, easy to keep clean and only changing monthly is a game changer.
Cat took to it immediately, sometimes there is a little mess after use but so easy to clean up in seconds after using wooden pellets which seemed to get everywhere - very happy
Customer and of course is delivered straight to home so added bonus.
