Abysmal tactics used by this company... Despite knowing that they have made a mistake they continue to harass.

There is no way of contacting them unless you complete their online form giving all your details so that they can hound you further. The link for this is sent to you by email.

Despicable behaviour from their staff who seem to think just because they have been asked by someone to collect what they believe is a debt that's all they need to breach important guidelines and regulations to prevent them from behaving like this in the first place.

All in all, they have operated using intimidation and bullying tactics and disregard all legitimate and transparent challenges...

Chasing me for a debt that doesn't exist.
Daily automated / recorded calls.
Now bordering on harassment.

my0drs.co.uk is harassing me for a debt collection which I am not aware of. I have never bought any item from klarna and I have repeatedly emailed that please send me any proof if I have received or purchased any item from klarna.

Just block them, change your number, etc

They're scammers using an old company, they are not active on Companies House.

Do NOT give them any money.

They're breaking countless laws and regulations.

Contacted me via email regarding outstanding Ebay payment, added £10 late fees, went to my Ebay account and the payment was still pending, my only guess was this is a scam as Ebay wouldn't allow me to have paid it if they'd officially passed the debt on, thieving bastards

said I owe over £100 to ebay seller fees despite having never sold. cleverly worded email had me questioning myself!

Just a scam. They pretend to be collecting money for outstanding eBay invoices. spoke to eBay who confirmed they are a scam.

Constant emails and difficult to get hold off

I keep getting text's asking me to clear debt ref ebay but I owe nothing with ebay I have tried contacting them but cant get any clarity they are not clear at all and it makes me feel like its a scam!

scam artists, klarna rescinded the late fee but they still keep asking me for it, so i gave up to protect my credit score, i paid once, they didn't receive the payment, so i paid a second time - a complete scam.

The agent was very rude and asking irrelevant questions, When I rang them to pay a money they claimed they were authorised by Ebay to collect it, Basically I tried to pay a refund amount on Ebay's portal and due to a glitch the payment didn't go through, And I was waiting for Ebay to send a claim form, But they didn't and they contacted me via this very unprofessional and rude company, Very rude and unprofessional.

An idiots wants me to pay ebay charges which I am not owe to them !!!!! Just scammers and thieves !!

I owed just £8 allegedly to EBay When I tried to pay via my own HSBC banking App. They did not match the Bank Name of Debt & Recovery Services or Ardent Credit adding that the sort code and account number provided was for a personal account not a business. I phoned DRS and spoke to Olivia who assured me that was the company name and asked to try again which I did. It was the same outcome suspected Fraud. Anyway I do not wish to have anymore contact from this company so I have now paid it. I refused to pay over the phone with my card. You can't reply to their emails and you can't block their text messages. I will see what happens but in what name is the Bank Account??
Also I tried to send an email to the one shown on this page beginning info@my-drs but it wasn't delivered as 'address could not be found' Therefore, they do not receive any of our entries. Anyway Good Luck but to me they are just a scam and I've lost £8 for now!!!

DRS are hounding me for an alleged "debt" for an internet device for Three. I have been in contact with Three on several occasions because I sent the device back in their pre-paid envelope over two months ago, and I have a receipt of posting. I'm starting to get really annoyed as I'm sick of having to spend 30 minutes a time contacting Three to get them to tell DRS to leave me the hell alone as I've returned the device and don't owe anything. I will NEVER use Three again because of this.

DRS are constantly emailing over £80 that I owe eBay.
I don't owe eBay any money and I have never even set up a back account with eBay.
Stealing there money is damn near impossible.

Ebay are corrupt and have broken GDPR by giving out my details to a 3rd party. When Drs spoke to me they wanted to know my name and post code which is illegal for them to even know. Sorry but you can shive credit scores up yo arse. I live in a caravan off grid away from bailiffs and away fro. Long story short, after a muck up by a payment company about a subscription that I previously had had with a monthly beauty box company, that was cancelled in July! I began receiving sms’s and texts from Drs saying I owe £21.
I informed them this had been settled as I was so sick of the harassment and endless texts and post that I’d been on receiving end of, I had paid on 4th November (even though I didn’t owe anything!) Company accepted £15 ,a reduced rate they said as a show of good will and that should have been the end of it!
Nope, nasty little SMS message yesterday from Drs chasing me again!!
I do not owe anything and this time I will be seeking legal recourse for time and distress this has caused me.

Am reading all the reviews and after giving them £50 of benefit money I'm thinking to myself is this going to pay off arrears of some fat mans pocket, as I'm getting nowhere fast i might as well wait for another bailiff's knock,
