La commercial "sonia" est agressive et désagréable quand on lui dit qu'on souhaite réfléchir.
Elle m'a répété 3 fois en moins de 5 min avec agressivité : " toi tu as pas de probleme d'argent!"
C'est quoi ces méthodes ! ?
Au moins apres cela je suis sûr de ne pas réfléchir ! C'est un grand NON!
Et le pire quand je lui ai dit que le système de "parrainage" (recruter des vendeurs pour ca ne m'intéresse pas !) Oh lala...

Ho prenotato dal sito Travel Advantage una attività a Verona che riguardava la visita alla camera e balcone di Romeo e Giulietta ma che per motivi personali non sono riuscito a visitare, così ho chiesto al Support se era possibile rimborsare la quota pagata. Lucia e’ stata gentilissima a prendere in esame la mia richiesta e pur sapendo che il tutto non è rimborsabile ho gradito l’impegno con la quale si è messa a disposizione per risolvermi il problema. As the saying goes! If it’s too good to be true, it’s too good to be true! Many upline BS making out they are travelling all over the world which is a red flag as they are just a MLM in disguise. Be warned not to get burnt!

MWR Life customer service is simply the best. I went on Mediterranean Cruise life experience and every single detail was well planned and thought of. I would like to thank Danyer for creating a WhatsApp group for everyone who went on this life experience and for handling all our queries very promptly. It was my first ever cruise and I can't be more happier that it went so smoothly thanks to MWR Life customer service. I tend to get stressed about everything, but Danyer made everyone feel at ease. There was nothing you couldn't ask and it was always answered. We even had our own check-in desk at the port and Danyer even arranged a cake as it was my mum's birthday. Our customer service truly goes above and beyond.

J’ai dû contacter le service client suite à un imprévu de vol qui m’empêchait de maintenir ma réservation.

J’ai été agréablement surprise par la rapidité et la qualité de la prise en charge. Mon dossier a été traité avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de compréhension.

C’est vraiment appréciable de se sentir écoutée et accompagnée dans ce genre de situation.

Horrible, terrible, worse customer experience ever! Please think long and hard before you become involved with this company who puts out misinformation, takes zero responsibility for it AND then lies and defames your character because they do not want to take accountability.

Edited: anyone reading this can tell I’ve proven the legitimacy of my review simply by reading their response. Horrible horrible horrible company. Be leary of a company who cannot take responsibility and especially for one who has zero customer service.

J'ai déjà expérimenté des compagnies de marketing relationnel mais cette fois ci je reste! une compagnie fiable, un corporate éthique et sympathique, très accessible lors des événements.
Le service que je recommande en tant qu'ambassadrice, c'est à dire la plate forme de voyage TRAVEL ADVANTAGE est excellent, le plan de rémunération l'est tout autant!
