MVR Therapeutic Coaching supports individuals working through life transitions, periods of feeling stuck, and a need for change, whether it be due to a major life event, bereavement, illness, anxiety, a career shift, or a quiet but persistent sense that the life you're living no longer fits who you are. Mathilde, is a therapeutic coach integrating creative arts therapy, counselling and psychotherapy, and personal development coaching into an effective, cohesive approach. Mathilde provides: - 1:1 therapeutic coaching with adults - Creative Coaching workshops - Supervision for therapists, counsellors and coaches - Counselling for young people aged 11–18 . All sessions are available online, in person, or as outdoor walking sessions. The goal is not about creating a quick fix but lasting transformation. Clients describe the work as - 'Genuinely life-changing' - 'Compassionate, insightful methods but also impactful and productive' - 'Combination of deep listening with challenge - always kind but never passive' - 'Becoming aware and experiencing what true authenticity and sustainable happiness'

Exactly the support I needed

Mathilde has helped me through probably the hardest five years of my life. Her empathy and ability to equip me with the skills/tools to navigate everything has been invaluable. I would highly recommend her, and I still reflect on our discussions when things get tough. Thank you Mathilde!

Highly recommend

I have worked with Mathilde on several occasions , each time untangling knots that have been deep rooted. Mathilde is very good at connecting dots in your life to help you understand why you feel the way you do or act the way you do and how to move forward. I highly recommend her coaching and or counselling.

Mathilde is incredible!

Mathilde really helped me to understand lots of things that I didn’t understand about myself. Her honest and genuine manner meant that I really reflected and as a result I have a better relationship with myself, my family and my work. I would recommend her to everyone and anyone!

Having Mathilde as my therapist changed me in so many different ways…

Having Mathilde as my therapist changed me in so many different ways. I used to not listen to my body and my so many racing thoughts- pushing everything to one side believing that was the best thing to do. But Mathilde taught me to listen, listen and reflect on what my mind and body was telling me for so long but I was ignoring. Today I have such a useful skill set for when things in my life go a bit sideways and now I manage situations and relationships with mature judgement, curiosity and empathy.
