Very happy with my pillow and the company. I had another MVMI pillow and it was FLAT…. I wrote a mediocre review. They reached out and offered an other pillow! Great customer service and i got a terrific nights rest!! Thanks!
I have had multiple surgeries on my neck and have neck pain every day. I’ve been looking for the right pillow to sleep on and have stacked up at least 12 other pillows in the closet before this pillow. I kept my box for a week because I was skeptical and finally, I can throw it away because the pillow is not going back. Just the right amount of support and comfort whether you put on one of the squares or move your head between the squares you can find comfort.
Although the pillow did not meet my medical needs - I have occipital neuralgia and nothing seems to relieve the pain, I found MVMI’s customer service to be outstanding. They reply quickly and really work with you in order to make your experience dealing with them a pleasure. I can’t remember a better customer service experience.
I placed my order 14 days ago as a Christmas gift and, unfortunately, it still hasn’t shipped. Despite reaching out multiple times, I’ve received no clear updates or resolutions. While I can’t speak to the quality of the pillow itself, I can confirm that the customer service and shipping processes are extremely disappointing. If you value timely deliveries and effective communication, I strongly recommend considering a different company. Save yourself the frustration.
