MONEY MAKING SCHEME
It is a money-making scheme. After 4 months of gold membership, and what i encountered,I decided not to renew it. They blocked my account after 11 hours without any reason. They told me that "they reserve the right to not correspond further."

This app is basically Tinder with an Islamic name. The owner is Ahmadi, which explains why many un-Islamic practices are allowed on the platform. However, if you mention privately to anyone that you are open to polygamy—a practice permissible in Islam—they will invade your privacy, read your messages, and ban you. Good app. But people on the app are not real. There are inactive/bot profiles

Had gold membership for at least 6 months. No real messages or meet ups as hardly anyone responded to messages or if they did respond they would stop after a couple of messages suggesting bot profiles

Absolutely joke of an app. You pay for a being a gold member which is a waste of time as some of the features you pay for don’t work you report it to the pathetic customer service team who just state yes we are aware of the issue! No timescale when it will be resolved or any sort of compensation for the loss of service you pay for. I don’t recommend this app as it is a con. May Allah help us all to find a partner the right away and not for people to be ripped off from a joke of a company in Muzz. Ameen

This app is scam, as I am living in Pakistan and my phone is from UK. So it keep showing me UK price, However, I registered my profile in Pakistan and use pakistani number.

in the same time, my friend profile is showing fine and showing PKR price which is less.

How can I pay 20,000 for 3 month in Pakistan.
Customer Support is 0. I email them many time and they do not reply.

Also, they have fake profiles which are made by them to get customers. Its a totally scam

Appalling, with either people who have just come to this country and lie about their profession or have totally misogynistic behaviour. Equally the British ones are mostly Asian with some really toxic behaviour. The man shaz who runs it doesn’t care when you report men sending unsolicited pics. They condone bad behaviour of men and if you call it out on the social side they delete your comment. I’ve been verbally abused , had racist remarks and they do nothing. They take your money for gold membership or boost and it does nothing- you’re shown the same individuals. OPPRESSIVE. EXPLOITIVE. PURELY MONEY MAKING SCHEME. TOXIC CULTURE. NOT ISLAM. ASIAN TOXIC CULTURE. RACIST. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. NO RISK ASSESSMENT.

Muzz is one of the worst scam dating app I have ever seen, in the first place I paid my subscription 30€ per month and I only have to message one person every 24 hours and the boost lasts for 01 hour which they would not tell you without a subscription. and the worst experience is that I have been sending a compliment to women who have never approved and responded to me. all they do is reject my request as if it is AI generated by the muzz developers and the app is as fake and does not really care about their customers.
Therefore I am advising people not to waste their time downloading this haram and scam app. All the women are not looking for anything serious. just been playing around as the developers of this app. God will punish you all. I hate Muzz and I would like to advise anyone not to download or subscribe to the Muzz app.

After using this app for about three weeks, I have to say it has been one of the worst experiences I've had. First of all, it’s overpriced, and the features you need to communicate with women come at an additional cost. It feels exploitative, especially when the app promotes itself as a place to meet people.

I have literally spent hundreds on their Gold membership and chat purchases for me to get a surprise email stating that they permanantly blocked my account without good justification... The reason they gave did not make any sense at all and God knows how I will get my money back... Don't use them they are crooks

I have never used this haram app or service but all of a sudden I’m getting emails from them, stop spamming me!
Lanat on the owners and people who use this! And because of them harassing me I will donate to a fraud charity like penny appeal! Maa yadeh!

I literally joined and paid for the gold membership. Then they blocked my account. Claiming I violated terms and services. Which wasn't the case as I had barely even used the app. Then I sent several emails asking for clarification as to what terms and services I breached. However there was no justication whatsoever in their response. Just the same old automated messages. I know hand on hesrt i had done nothing. Then when discussing the money, wouldn't return the money, when i paid for a service i was no longer using because they had blcoked me, i had only used it for a day. Cheap and disgusting behaviour from an app. It was my first time and last time using muzz.

I recently discovered a troubling issue with the Muzz dating app. A person who is married and have three children, has been using Muzz and falsely presenting himself as a Single. This is incredibly harmful and unethical, not just to the families involved but also to the women who believe they interacting with an honest person.

This site cannot be run by practicing Muslims - Astagfirallah- fear Allah!

Be careful when trying to use this app. When you sign up to become a gold member you’re only limited in messaging one person. Your profile is not boosted automatically, you have to request it then it asks you to pay more money. The filters do not work properly, you set the filters and next you have ppl not in your. Selection available and messaging you. Don’t waste your money on this useless app.

Credit card charges even after 2 months of deactivation. No customer service number to call and report. Just email and they do not respond to emails.

A through and through devious company that has a blanket of "Muslim" and "Halal" to cover it. As you can see from other reviews and below, it is as far from Islam as devil.
The whole business plan is based on trickery and lying.
Biggest lie is that it is "free" and that you can "find a match without paying".
I have highlighted it to them THRICE that if they care for islam and talk about "Halal" then they should remove these statements.
For free you can only see other sex's profiles and like them but unless the other party pays, it won't be able to see your profile as the app will automatically blur your details and pics for them. Same holds true if someone likes you.
It will show pop ups of "special rates only for you" when actually those would be the standard rate!
It will tell you that if you buy membership then you will get "free" one a day message when actually it is what you pay for when you buy!!
All filters are available only to paid members except age and area so if you are a free member you are stuck with profiles of unselected members 95% of who are physically educationally financially professionally socially different from you; what a waste of time!
So how have " thousands of members found their soul mate for free" is an enigma that its customer service is never able to explain to me.
Why not be honest and not lie about being "free" when it is not?
The pricing plan is to fleece you for example if you live in country with a relatively less subscription and visit a more expensive country then this app will note your location and automatically shift you to a higher rate for future renewals when you return to your own country! So unless you are willing to pay extortionate new rate, your profile and all saved matches/ liked would be rendered useless. The customer service will never give you a reply as to why your subscription shot up. Mine went from £14 to £70 when I returned to Pakistan after visiting my sister abroad. Customer service refused to give a reason despite approaching them THRICE so I quited the app as only a fool in Pakistan would pay £70 to an app for three months that is used for few minutes a day. As a comparison even in UK one can get 24 hours broadband for this price that is used for many hours every day for this price!
Also it will set your subscription according to your profession, for the same service as everyone else expect to pay 3-4 times more if you are a well paid professional.
In order to claim itself "documented biggest Muslim matching app" it is full of fake profiles that are hurriedly put up with attractive photos!
Also it continues to host profiles of people who have uninstalled this app and it refuses to mention on their profiles if those have been inactive for many months or years. The excuse is "privacy" when really this app even steals your phones IMEI number.
Given that it charges you to send a message to anyone, more fake and outdated profiles mean that you waste your money and time messaging profiles that it knows should no longer be on this app!!!
I indicated to muzz that it was not "halal" earning but to no avail.
If you are lucky only one in three of messages you paid in your subscription will be read and one in ten will be answered.
This means you will have to keep on paying to get connected to some one suitable!
App itself is buggy and every time you load it, the profiles that have liked you or visited you will change remarkably in their folder.
The customer service of this app is a mockery of this term. They have been given a set of answers to give out. They will never help you with a problem e.g fake or outdated profiles or over charge of subscription except telling you that they take your comments very seriously and then pasting a preset reply that bypasses answering the real issue.
