Placed an order a year ago. Have tried many times to contact the seller to no avail. Poor service from this company. Do not buy from them.

Therefore i cannot beleive some of the negative reviews that have been posted. My experience as u can see was nothing like those reviews. I saw on utube where scammers post bad reviews and then demand money to have them taken down and where people have a personal issue and use reviews to damage someones reputation. I am not saying that this is the case here but the reviews are way off the mark to what my experience has been

Frank is a con artist. Ordered 3 items, only two were received, and one of these (a guitar) was damaged (not in transit). Upon reporting this to the business, I received a single email from Frank to report that all issues would be resolved. He then proceeded to ghost me, not answering calls or emails; over 12 months later, still no response. It baffles me that he is still in business. If you have a similar experience, and many have based on the reviews that I have read, then report him to the Office of Fair Trading immediately.

I had a very negative experience and do not trust this business. I felt misled and taken advantage of, which makes me believe their practices are dishonest. I would strongly caution others before engaging with them.

AVOID, only part order shipped, the one of 2 items shipped was faulty, they do not answer emails, support tickets or answer the phone.

When my order failed to arrive, I began phone and email enquiries to follow-up. All were responded to with reassurances of supply and expected dates of arrival. Eventually, after 5 months, I received my item.

I now think, but don't know for sure, that Music Man Australia is a dropshipping business. If this is the case, they don't have their own inventory of stock. They take payment from customers and then source from their suppliers. I don't doubt, that a good many customers receive their orders in a timely way, but they never once reached out to me to explain they were having difficulties fulfilling my order. All initiation of contact was done by me, so I am left wondering, had I not been so tenacious, would I have ever received my order at all. I hope so.

The irony is that when I sent an email to thank them for the order and to give them feedback on the way they handled it, I was told that some customers had to wait over 12 months to receive their orders! As if to say, what are you complaining about!

Absolute SCAM! SCAM! SCAM. DO NOT ORDER. took my money, waited 4 months no order received...absolute battle to get my money back through afterpay.

I have been scammed. I bought a guitar on 20th January. They took my money, but have not sent anything. They do not respond to my messages.

Absolutely appalling service. Do not buy from this company unless you like to be stuffed about. I'm still waiting on my refund of over $1000 for a product that was advertised as in stock but could not be provided on time. I've had to send PayPal after them because Frank the owner will not respond to emails or refund the money for a product I never received.

Just go somewhere else and don’t waste your time, energy and money with these guys

Bought a guitar for my son for Christmas and Frank never sent it. After two weeks I had to chase it up and collect myself from his wholesaler Jade Australia in Heidelberg in Melbourne who were fantastic. I asked Frank for a refund on shipping and Frank never responded to my refund request for a measly $15 odd dollars and NO he has NOT refunded the freight costs as he has falsely stated.

An order via DickSmith Market: I got an email saying it had been dispatched 3 days after I ordered, but a further 3 weeks have passed it my goods have not been passed to Australia Post for shipment. I raised a query online, but no response for 2 days.

Size or bongo skin replacements do not fit!

I ordered a Tiny6 Portable Mini Amp on the 22/10/24. After 10 days and no amp I emailed and was told 'they will be in in 7 days '. I waited another 10 days only to be told they are now 4 weeks away. I asked for a different option and was given one That was in stock - I ordered that on the 14/11/24. Still no amp as of the 31/11/24 - requested a refund - still waiting on that.

don’t worry il find this guy behind all of this. he is a scammer. i paid extra for faster delivery. i didn’t get my pedal. he is a scamming rat. il catch him don’t worry. doesn’t reply and says he will call me back never calls me back. il trace his number down
