Everything they are unhygienic really messy unorganised and bullies toward staff. They also get staff in on interviews just to use them as unpaid workers?

Absolutely EXCELLENT shop! I regularly shop for my dog there and the store has a great variety of quality food and treats. I also get sacks of seed and peanuts for wild birds and they are good value for money. The shop is always spotlessly clean and the reptiles and fish are superbly cared for. Jenny is so lovely and friendly. She is knowledgable and very helpful. You can also collect money off points with the customer card. It's so rare nowadays to go into a shop where you are greeted by name and made welcome even if you don't buy anything. The genius that is Jenny even remembers the dog's name! I cannot praise this brillliant shop enough.

Super service and Exellent staff at the drogheda store wouldn’t go anywhere else very personal service.

I placed an order for two different types of dog food (over €50). The company called me to say they only had a 12kg bag available instead of the 3kg I ordered, and asked if they could re-pack it into smaller containers. I agreed, going out of my way to accommodate their situation.

However, what I received was completely unacceptable:

The outer box was badly damaged.

The plastic containers were not sealed properly, opened during transport, and food spilled everywhere.

The two different foods I ordered got completely mixed together, which defeats the whole purpose of buying them separately.

I contacted the company immediately with photos, sending my complaint to two different email addresses listed on their website. It has now been more than a week and I have received no reply whatsoever.

I was willing to be flexible, but in return I received a product in a state that I cannot use and zero customer support. This is very unprofessional. I would expect at the very least either a properly packed replacement or a full refund. Sadly, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
