Urgent request dealt with swiftly

I had need to get a copy of my schedule and certificate of insurance for an important engagement. The person I spoke to was courteous and helpful, and in a matter of minutes I had received all that I needed by email. Thank you!

I had an issue renewing online

I had an issue renewing online. I spoke to one of the rep over the telephone who was very helpful and send me an email form to complete so she could manually update my account and renew it for me.

Staff and price was great but had issues to get download so could print off. Was told it would be posted but still not recieved policy as yet

As part of the process for buying a musicGuard policy, the requirements are fully reviewed to understand whether the policy meets a customers demands and needs. It appears that the call handler did not receive feedback at this point that the policy was not as you required.

A Good Deal!…

I have found dealing with musicGuard to be an easy deal. I haven't had to call on their services as yet but they always provide the cover that I require and don't overcharge. Thank you musicGuard.
